Sodt cheese (salt, stabiliser(locus bean gum), acid (citric acid)), water, glutinous rice flour, digestive biscuit (wheat flour (wheat flour, calcium carbonate, iron, niacin, thiamine), palm oil, wholemeal wheat flour, sugar, rapeseed oil, dried skimmed milk, invert sugar syrup, raising agents (sodium bicarbonate, ammonium bicarbonate, salt), trehalose, sugar, vanilla paste(sugar, water, vanilla extract, vanilla pods, thickener (gum tragacanth)), blend coconut oil ((coconut oil 35%), rapeseed and sunflower oil), vanilla essence (water, ethanol, sugar, vanilla extract), potassium sorbate(E202). Storage info: Once received, keep covered and refrigerate for up to 7 days. Alternatively, freeze them on the day of arrival for up to 2 months. Thaw at room temperature for 10-15 minutes or until soft before enjoying your mochis. Once defrosted, consume on the same day and do not refreeze.
