Non-returnable Items

Certain product categories can't be returned unless faulty, including:

  • Frozen (e.g. Dim Sum) and fresh food (e.g. vegetables)
  • Opened items (e.g. partially consumed products)

Return Policy

You can return your item within 14 calendar days from the receipt date. To be eligible for a return, the item should be unused, in the same condition received, and in its original packaging. Please note that fresh/frozen food isn't eligible for return. Contact us via email to start the return process, and provide your e-receipt and any relevant photos.

Refunds

We'll inspect your returned item upon receipt and promptly notify you about the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. The timeframe for receiving your refund depends on your card issuer's policies.

For incorrectly delivered or missing items, please contact us. We'll either refund you or send out a replacement. If your item gets damaged during shipping, email us with pictures of the damaged product for either a refund or replacement. Indicate your preference in your email to expedite the process.
