Premium light soy sauce: water, soybeans, salt, sugar, wheat flour, flavour enhancers(disodium inosinate, disodium guanlylate). Premium dark soy sauce: water, salt, colour(plain caramel), sugar, defatted soybeans 10%, wheat. Rice vinegar: water, rice 12.5%. salt.

In certain conditions, we may delay an order due to stock levels or times an order is dispatched (e.g. an order containing chilled items that is ordered on Friday will be held back until Monday due to the items being perishable and not able to be delivered over the weekend).
